Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we work hard to ensure every order meets your expectations. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be unused and in their original packaging (as much as possible).

Return Shipping
For all returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered back to us. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return if the refund was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@addatap.com

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize!

Please reach out to our friendly customer support team at support@addatap.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you. In these cases, we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement.
